
It pretty much sums up every dieters problem. You need to figure out why it didn't work, and then alter it so it will work. You need to come up with a realistic eating plan that you can follow for the rest of your life. Not some "diet" you plan to follow for 6-months so you can drop some weight and then resume your old bad eating habits. I read somewhere that humans weren't meant to "white knuckle" their way through life, and I feel like that pretty much sums up most "diets." Miserable all the time until you finally break!
